It will only be used if a late cancellation or missed appointment occurs , as outlined in our clinic policy.

To respect clinician time and ensure availability for other patients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours): 50% of the total appointment cost

•No-shows: Patients who miss their appointment without providing notice will be charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment
