⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at Prime Performance. Konrad was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable during my kiddo's physio appointment. He did an amazing job keeping my (very active) son engaged. He made the whole session feel comfortable, positive, and fun. It was clear he genuinely cared and took the time to make sure my child felt at ease.
