I started going to Prohealth Physio two months ago for an S5 disc herniation and could barely walk at the time. With Emily Park’s help, my recovery has been incredible. Had an excellent RMT experience with Neil. He listened to my needs and adjusted the treatment accordingly. Pressure and technique were on point, and I felt clear relief right after the session. I really appreciated that he kept conversation minimal and stayed focused on the treatment, which made it much easier to fully relax. Super professional and effective, would definitely book again. Had a 45-minute RMT session with Joanne Ho today and it was great! She’s professional, friendly, and very thoughtful. She checked my body concerns beforehand, adjusted the pressure to make sure I was comfortable, and followed up with a helpful care email after the session. It is a terrible experience. I paid for a 45-minute physical therapy session, but the Nicole seemed rushed, there was very little communication，mainly serviced by assistant instead of Nicole as shown in my appointment. Ultimately only 30 minutes were served, yet I was charged for 45 minutes. Furthermore, their system had issues; they sent me a confirmation for a time I hadn't booked.
