1) New Patients: If this is your first visit, please complete all online intake forms prior to your appointment. This allows us to streamline the intake process and focus more time on your treatment.
2) 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this window or miss an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your credit card on file may be charged the full appointment fee.
3) Appointment Availability: Can’t find an appointment that suits your schedule? Call us at 604-371-4440, and we’ll do our best to adjust our schedule to accommodate you.
4) Credit Card on File: For all bookings, we now require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. This policy helps us manage cancellations and no-shows more effectively, allowing us to keep appointments available for all patients. Your card will only be charged in alignment with our cancellation policy and will remain securely stored.

“I have been remiss in not doing this review several months ago. I rarely do a review and only when I am really peed off. This one is different. I am a senior and fell off a ladder last summer. My foot was tangled in the ladder. 2 X Rays at the Langley hospital and several appointments with their orthopedic surgeon did not detect the three fractures and two severely torn ligaments. I went for physio and as a result it was suggested that I go to Bellingham for a MRI. Three months in at the advise of my Physiotherapist I did not put weight on my foot for 8 weeks. This was followed with ongoing treatments and recommendations for what I could do at home to speed up the process. I am almost fully recovered. The Langley Hospital orthopedic surgeon did nothing for me. I don't think I would have ever fully recovered without the help I got from my physiotherapist. Thank you.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“These guys are great! I injured my back recently at work and (Harpreet) and the front office staff have been nothing but professional, helpful, supportive and all around a really great guy. I’m in the process of starting a little tshirt Company, and he asked for a sticker and almost immediately threw it on his cell phone case! Another occasion I showed him my brothers recently released album and he proceeded to put it on the throughout the office for everybody to listen to! Awesome experience.
