“I’ve been having an excellent experience at Prosper Health & Rehab after my accident. I came here for physiotherapy, and working with Shivani Rana has truly helped me recover. When I first started, I was in severe pain and could barely move, but the therapy sessions were very effective in improving my mobility and reducing pain. Shivani is skilled, attentive, and always explains each treatment step clearly. She listens carefully to my concerns and adjusts the sessions to meet my needs, which has made a real difference in my recovery. The front desk staff always greet me warmly, and the entire team is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and welcoming. Booking appointments is easy, and the location is convenient. I also appreciate that they accept many insurance plans and offer direct billing, which makes the whole process.
