2) 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel within this window or miss an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, your credit card on file may be charged the full appointment fee.

4) Credit Card on File: For all bookings, we now require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. This policy helps us manage cancellations and no-shows more effectively, allowing us to keep appointments available for all patients. Your card will only be charged in alignment with our cancellation policy and will remain securely stored.
