I highly recommend this physiotherapist, Dustin Ng from Pure Alignment. I went to see him because I was experiencing significant pain in the right side of my neck. During the assessment, Dustin identified left shoulder dysfunction. I was dealing with left arm resistance for a few weeks prior to the right neck which I didn't think to mention because it wasn't painful. He explained that the right side of the neck was compensating for weakness and dysfunction on the left side, which was causing the pain. What impressed me most was how precisely he located the trigger point in my left arm. As soon as he treated it, I felt immediate relief and could lift my arm with much less resistance. He also provided exercises to strengthen my left arm and address the root cause of the problem. After a few sessions together and lots of guided exercise, the resistance is completely gone. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and highly effective. He truly took the time to understand what was happening and treated the root cause rather than just the symptoms. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Bert is professional, attentive, and really knows what he is doing. He went the extra mile and was very attentive and careful during our session, I had pinched nerves on my neck and the pain radiating down to my shoulders and arm. After the massage, I feel much better. The space is clean, quiet, and welcoming. Five stars all the way and online booking is so easy. Cant wait for my next appointment with BertLire la suiteRéduire

I brought my mom for initial assessment and had very good experience. The ladies at front desk were very nice and welcoming. I met both girls there now and both are very kind, helpful and easy to talk. They explained everything to my mom in simple way so nothing was confusing for her. My mom told me later this was one of the nicest experiences she had when going to a centre before. Treatment was good also and we had very positive visit. Highly recommend.Lire la suiteRéduire

Dr. Sanjeet Singh is an excellent person and professional. I visited him for some issues, and after my first assessment, we worked out a treatment plan. A couple of days later, my symptoms started getting worse, so I went to my family doctor and got an X-ray done. It turned out that I was mistaken about the cause of my issue based on the explanation I initially provided. When I explained this to Dr. Singh, he completely understood and refunded the full amount I had paid for the treatment plan, even though the contract stated there was a no-refund policy. Dr. Sanjeet and Dustin have been absolutely amazing in improving my shoulder/chest health and mobility which has led to great results in my overall posture. Saw Dustin for plantar fasciitis and achilles tendinitis. His focus was on getting me back to function and his treatment and home exercise program were effective as I was able to eliminate the pain and get back to regular exercise routine.
