“After being a Client since birth (I am now 24) I cannot begin to describe the lack of customer service that this dental office has had in the last while since Peter Kiss retired. I have never been so appalled by the comments made by the reception desk about clients while sitting and waiting for my last appointment. All of the receptionists were talking so poorly about the client they had on hold, it was truly an eye opening experience. Pay attention when you’re sitting waiting for your appointment because they could be talking about you! It set such a bad atmosphere I wanted to leave, and definitely didn’t feel comfortable sharing personal information when all I felt was judgement.”Lire la suiteRéduire
