“I've been coming to this clinic for over two years now and always had a good experience. Dr. Shin is an excellent dentist who always takes the time to clearly explain the reasons behind his treatment recommendations. When I asked about a particular treatment, he explained that it would require removing more of the natural tooth structure and suggested monitoring the situation instead. I appreciated that he made decisions based on what was best for my dental health rather than simply doing a procedure because I requested it. After visiting many dentists over the past 30 years, Dr. Shin is the first one who has taken the time to provide such detailed guidance on how to properly care for my teeth. Most importantly, his injections are remarkably gentle—I barely felt the anesthetic shots. 👍 I highly recommend Dr. Shin to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and patient-focused dentist.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Even though I have liked my dentist, I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency in billing for my recent teeth cleaning, the lack of prompt action in addressing the overcharge, and how my concern was handled. I was in the chair from 10:06 a.m. to 10:43 a.m. - a total of 37 minutes, yet I was billed for 4 scaling units (equivalent to 1 hour), plus separate charges for 1 polishing unit and 1 fluoride unit. This does not seem like fair or transparent billing. Even with my 100% dental coverage, charges should reflect the actual treatment time and be clearly communicated to patients. When I raised a billing issue, I was told that they would review the matter and check bills more carefully in the future. This discrepancy could have been resolved immediately by confirming the chair time and units with the dental hygienist. However, the clinic did not correct the charge on the same day and only provided a vague statement that they would check bills more carefully in the future, without offering an apology. This is not the first time I have noticed discrepancies. In the past, I did not mind extra billing when the cleaning was thorough. However, this time the cleaning felt noticeably less thorough, making the overcharge even more disappointing. While this amount is small relative to the $10,000 I have spent at this clinic, transparency and accuracy in billing should always be standard practice.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“After the very first visit to this Pure dental, I could not wait any longer to leave a five-star review about how they treated me. Since all the dental offices are kept in good clean welcoming environments, so I don’t think I need to repeat that portion again. Every single person including doctor works at the dental office is all friendly but polite and professional. Other dental offices I had visited, even after they took obvious X-Rays and showed me, they still tried to overcharge me. On the other hand, Pure dental was honest, most importantly. Leanh(?), who did scaling and polishing, was super detail oriented. She kept checking in how I was doing. What and how differently she performed than my previous experience at other dental offices was she was not only showing me how to properly use the floss, but also she patiently DID the flossing for me one teeth by one teeth.
