Therapeutic Sound Journey

An immersive sound experience designed to support deep rest, restoration, and nervous system regulation. Through layered tones, vibration, melody, and frequency, participants are guided into relaxation. Facilitating this experience is Navin Sahjpaul, a Music Therapist (BMT) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). Navin creates what he describes as an ‘auditory sanctuary’: a space where sound becomes an ally for restoration and transformation. Each session is thoughtfully designed to engage the nervous system, influence brainwave states, and invite deep rest.
