“Booked our appointment in advance, but for some reason they did not make our appointment record in their system, so half day off the work was taking for “no reason “!!!! Who is responsible for it??? - they just can say “sorry “ We do not like it at all”

“Dr.Cheung is amazing and so is everyone on her staff. I have been terrified of the dentist for 10 years and the compassion and empathy she showed me cured my fears. “Stay away from this place they are committing fraud and scamming people on disability and income insurance. Coverage from the government includes..basic dental coverage for you and your spouse: Up to $1,000 over two calendar years, beginning on January 1 of every odd-numbered year Basic dental services, such as restorations, extractions and preventative services Partial dentures, replacement dentures or reline/re-base of dentures Crowns and bridges, under certain circumstances You may be eligible for dentures if you: Receive any kind of income assistance, and Had your complete upper and/or lower teeth removed in the previous six months to relieve pain and they charged my nephew $58 for the visit and wanted $90 to extract 1 tooth saying the gov only covers a certain amount. “This place is unbelievable, They called me in took pictures and scheduled a root canal, 20 minutes before the appointment they call me and ask me if I can pay some cash on top because disability doesn't pay very much , to which I replied, I am a single mom of three and money is very tight how much more exactly did you want ? The receptionist replied So cancel appointment right ? I was confused I said UM I Guess So . This is not how a professional Dental office work's they never call asking for extra cash or they'll cancel your appointment, If they don't like what the government pays they don't make your appointment in the first place and give you antibiotics to prepare for it. “I am so disappointed with the experience I had at this clinic. I needed some quick fixes on a few of my teeth as I was switching jobs. I only had a couple weeks window before I no longer had benefits at my old job and it would be months before benefits would kick in at my new job. I realize it was an unconventional request but I needed to do something. I had been trying to deal with my issues myself up until then. The dentist said there was no hope for my teeth and it would end up costing me at least another couple of thousand over my benefits. It seemed as though she knew I couldn't afford that right now and had no interest in helping me. I now don't have benefits so am out of luck with no way of getting any work done at all. It doesn't surprise me that those who make the most money have the least compassion for others. If you're not rich they don't want to deal with you. “Have had nothing but positive experiences here. The admin staff are very thorough and do a good job setting up expectations, especially concerning coverage with extended health plans. I've had my wisdom teeth extracted here and Dr. Cheung did it so effortlessly. My 10 year old has had his teeth drilled here and he claims to have not noticed he got injections in his gums.
