You will not be able to book a New Patient appointment online.

If you are coming for your initial consultation and your intake forms have not been filled out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. Please contact reception if you are having difficulty submitting your forms.

Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hrs in advance or they are subject to a fee (50% of visit will be charged to your credit card on file).
