We have a 24 hour cancellation policy . Missed appointments and late cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee which is not billable to extended benefits and will be charged to the credit card on file. The first late cancellation / missed appointment will result in a $50 fee. Subsequent late cancellations / missed appointments will be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment.
Please contact the clinic by 9 am if you you wake up with symptoms of illness the morning of your appointment to avoid the late cancellation fee. Don’t come in if you don’t feel 100% ! Your therapist reserves the right to deny treatment if you present with symptoms of illness and you will be charged the late cancellation fee.

“I have been seeing Sharon for a few years now and I have happily followed her to her new clinic, Rebalance Wellness Massage. She has helped me through pregnancy pains using her pregnancy pillows, post-partum, and with MVA related issues. She is a very knowledgeable, patient-oriented and experienced clinician. The downtown clinic has such a great feel to it and is very clean and comfortable. Parking is always available nearby.
