Had an awesome massage with Selena. Very relaxing and she worked out various tight muscles! My ankle and shoulder felt so much better after a session!

I worked with Edmond, Maria and Sacha in different times. Great and very compatible team! They all have helped me to manage my pain and really thought me some useful everyday exercises for long term pain management. Thanks team!

Been to Recovery Room for several massage treatments. Their team consists of 9 RMT’s, a physiotherapist and kinesiologist. Treatments are $130/105/85 for 60/45/30 minute. Appreciate that their prices include the GST. Seen Stanley Su who gave a solid massage and provided exercises to address a nagging hip injury. Have also been treated by Edmond Lin, Sascha Lo and Alfred Tung; standard, pressure on the lighter side.Lire la suiteRéduire

I have been seeing Edmond consistently for nearly 3 years now. He cares about his clients, is personable, and always goes the extra mile with his clients. Edmond has provided me with several stretches and exercises to help relieve pain I am experiencing in areas he provides treatment on, which have helped with recovery. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the staff there, and immediately impressed by their exceptional interpersonal, and professional services. The clinic is a very spacious, clean, and well-designed space providing comfort to clients from the moment they walk through the door, until the end of their appointment. Recently, I had the pleasure of having Edmond help me with relieving some relapsing pain from previous sports-related injuries, and other assortments of muscle soreness and stiffness from weightlifting. Both precise, and undoubtedly experienced, Edmond was able to deliver exceptional care tailored to my personal needs, leaving me pleased and satisfied with the results. Not only was the massage itself phenomenal, but the at-home exercises he suggested to help with my rehabilitation and recovery at home have shown fantastic results and allowed me to continue competing in top physical conditions. My recent visit at the Recovery Room has certainly left me with an everlasting impression, and I would highly recommend Edmond and Sascha to tend to all your physical needs, whether it be recovery from any injuries, soreness, stiffness, or even for one’s leisurely enjoyment. I recently visited Recovery Room after an injury sustained while weightlifting. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff. The clinic is beautifully designed, and I was immediately put at ease. Edmond was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy for me to understand. He took the time to listen to my concerns and tailored her treatment to my specific needs. After just one session, I was already feeling better. I continued to visit the clinic regularly and am happy to report that I am now back to my normal weightlifting routine. I cannot recommend Edmond and the Recovery Room staff highly enough. The team there truly cares about their patients and goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone who walks through their door receives the best possible care.
