Our Edmonton clinic is in a converted residence and is not wheelchair accessible . It is not physically possible to make the space accessible. Staff are glad to assist where they can. If wheelchair accessibility is a requirement, please contact us before booking so we can help refer you elsewhere.

🍁 Credit Card & Cancellation Policy

A credit card secures all bookings. Cancellations with less than 48 business hours’ notice (72 hours for Monday appointments) are charged 100% of the service value up to $200, unless we can fill the slot. We will try to rebook or offer a same-day alternative at no charge. No-shows are charged the full fee up to $200. Partial credit may apply at our discretion. Full policy here .
