“My knee had been causing me pain for a long time. It would swell so badly that my foot wasn't getting proper circulation, and I eventually ended up in the hospital because of it. I had blood work, an ultrasound, and X-rays, but none of them provided any answers. Some days my knee would feel okay, and then it would suddenly become inflamed again, making it difficult to work, care for my young daughter, and manage everyday life.
A friend recommended J and referred me to him for manual osteopathic therapy. I wasn't sure what to expect because I didn't know much about osteopathy, but from the very first session, I felt completely at ease. J took the time to explain what was happening in my body, and I genuinely felt like I was in good hands.
That first treatment was life-changing. I left the session amazed by how much better I felt and finally had a better understanding of what had been causing my pain. I've continued with treatment, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my health.
