Best medical experience I’ve had in North America. Dr. Vic was incredibly thorough — both in examining the issue and explaining everything clearly. After 3.5 months, 4–5 appointments with general physicians, and even X-rays, no one could pinpoint the problem. In just one session, he was able to identify the issue, explain exactly what was going on, walk me through his thought process, and outline the treatment plan in a way that made complete sense. Great experience! Reform has a really clean and modern workspace. I went to see Vic after struggling with lower back injury/pain from weightlifting for over 2 months. He was super professional and took the time to explain what was going on, which helped ease a lot of my worries on recovery. After just two sessions, I was able to get back into the gym, and my back pain improved significantly. Vic is a very positive and authentic person and I’d definitely go back if I ever get injured again. Even before my first visit, the front desk was helpful and quick to respond to my email inquiries. I always have excellent experience at this clinic from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere is very calm, clean, welcoming and relaxing. All the staff from the reception to the practitioners are incredibly friendly and attentive. My physiotherapist, Vic is the best. He's my absolute lifesaver. His genuine care, expertise and professionalism makes a huge difference in my recovery. All the other RMT's - Cytrus, Michelle and Chantel are highly skilled. The entire sessions felt professional and therapeutic. Lastly, I had great experience with Dr. Mer who's very knowledgeable. Adjustments done were gentle yet effective that I noticed a significant improvement right after my session. It's such a great experience and I can't wait to try the other treatments. I look forward to coming back and exploring more of their services. Okay. But I have words... 60 mins RMT session The room was meh... the RMT table was not the best looks wise, miss-matched superstore low thread count. The face rest was not comfortable and didnt seem to be properly sized to the face rest. Seemed like a regular pillow case cover.. Smelled like way to much detergent, that was heavily scented. I've had many massages prior at other places. This time I had one with Jasmine Lagrido for the first time and was not great... probably the worst massages I've ever had. It just felt like she didn't do anything. Similar to if a cat was massaging you back. There was time she would press and hold a spot for about 1-2 mins multiple times... I know that your supposed to say what pressure you wanted which I stated at the beginning. (Maybe my bad, but it wasnt good) I was waiting for her to ask if the pressure was okay... but she only asked near the end of the session. Because of the long pause pressure holds to me it felt like it took time from my massage. When she did one side it felt that she didnt do the same on the other side and was uneven. She didnt even get to finish part of the body. I didn't get around to ask if she was new when I was paying, but it certainly felt like it. Not a great experience at all. No after recommendations stretch wise or "oh there might me some soreness etc" Just that she would like to so another session... Reading the prior review for her all said she was good.. but unless there was another Jasmine? Maybe it was a one off but i wouldn't pay to see her again. The new space is modern, bright, and welcoming — just like the team. I’ve followed Vic from another clinic and have driven across cities to see him. He’s astute, effective, and has helped me recover from all kinds of injuries. I trust him completely to get me back to 100%. On top of being an incredible physiotherapist, he’s also a kind and genuine person. The whole team here is fantastic — special shoutout to Christine and Kate, who are super helpful and pros at running the place. And Cherry’s deep massage with hot stones is amazing.
