“First impressions and first hand experience with extraction - "TOP GUN"🫡 Fantastic experience. Dr. is kind, patient, professional and gentlemanly manners with client and his staff. So glad I left our other family dental practice in Vernon for REGEHR DENTAL!! So far can't recommend highly enough. Receptionist and the reception area was very pleasant and the easy listening music very relaxing. Great dental office. Great experience. But on Oct. 24/25 I've been calling their receptionist since 0930 and not once did I get through. Their answering machine states that the office is open and they will get back to me ASAP. I've never experienced this before and sure hope that it is just an adjustment or glitch on their part because I am left in the cold and baffled🤔. “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my dental consultation and cleaning done today at Regehr Family Dental, and I couldn’t be more impressed. A big thank you to Jenny, who did my examination and cleaning. I had shared with her at the beginning that I am very anxious due to a painful cleaning experience at another clinic in the past. Jenny was incredibly understanding, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire 2-hour session. To my surprise, I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort at all — not even sensitivity. She took her time, explained things clearly, and did an exceptional job with care and precision. This is by far the best dental experience I have had in a long time. Highly recommend Jenny and the entire Regehr Family Dental team to anyone, especially those who feel nervous about dental visits. “If I could give this place a thousand stars I would. My regular dentist has been closed due to a flood the only thing I needed to get done before getting my braces finally put on was a cleaning and they were happy to take me on ! I was so thankful the staff were great and HUGE Shout our to Kara ! She was awesome!!! it felt like we were old friends!!!! Such a gem she was 💎 I was so happy with the results of my cleaning my teeth look amazing !! And i was so relieved they took my Canadian dental plan! Thanks again so much you guys !!! “Highly, highly recommend Dr.Romey! I can not say enough good things about him as a dentist, I have received the most compassionate care from him over the last 6 months & dealing with a continuous tooth concern of mine. As someone who has had previous anxiety about dental issues, I now go into my appointments feeling at ease because I know he will take care of me. Nikki the dental assistant is amazing, and was very comforting during the multiple tooth extractions I experienced. Also the front desk staff are always friendly, and welcoming. “Without question the best dental experience I have ever had in my 45 years. Incredibly beautiful, bright and inviting office. The staff is so comforting, personable and kind. You can tell Dr Regehr is so knowledgeable and thorough. State of the art equipment and they explain everything they need to do or are doing. They are open to the patient choosing options instead of trying to heavy hand us into extremely expensive unnecessary treatments. I will be recommending this office to every single person I know. “best dentist ive ever been too. Recommending this place to everyone! staff are all very nice and dr regehr has a extremely caring approach which makes you feel at ease while going in that chair 😂 the set up is beautiful when you walk in! almost feel futuristic! the elevator wasnt working the day I went in and staff looked into someones profile ( they did not say names so it didnt break confidentiality) and said something under the lines of heart problems. Dr regehr actually told the assistant to call the person back and let them know before coming...like these people are actually caring! I know my last dentist wouldnt do that 😂 I have extreme anxiety with dentists and I am always super nervous at the beginning not due to this dentist but past dentists...everytime i leave from this place i feel relieved. He is also very quick and you can tell he knows his tools he is using! I may be making this harder for me to get in next time but this dentist deserves an award!!! best I can do is rave about them!”Lire la suiteRéduire

“I had two fillings done on March 27,23 and I have had many different experiences with Dentists over the years, but I have never had a swollen lip and tenderness the next day like I have from this visit. He was quite abrasive and had such a firm grip on my lower lip that it is now bruised & still sore. The fillings look great, but I don't understand why the treatment was so rough. “Excellent new dental office in Vernon. Since moving to Vernon 3 years ago, I hadn't been to the dentist. I was in the market for a check up and a cleaning. I had a great experience with the check up and cleaning at Regehr. I was able to get my record from my previous denist in Calgary to compare my dental history. Tara was the dental hygienist, she did a very thorough and fabulous job. Dr. Regehr was kind and pleasant. Luckily I didn't have any serious issues. My boyfriend also had a check up and a cleaning + 4 cavities. They have needle-less freezing so overall it was a quick and painless procedure. Love the modern decor in the waiting area, the large tv usually has something on that's calming. Overall great experience - highly recommend if you're liking for a new dentist in the Vernon area.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Great first-time experience! New clinic in Vernon, entrance is a bit tricky to find as it's located on the second floor. Staff are friendly, really cool interior design. Dr. Brydan was absolutely amazing. 👌”
