All stretch therapy within the Rehab Chamber system begins with an Initial Assessment.<br /> <br /> If this is your first visit and you have not selected an Initial Assessment, please ensure you book that first before choosing this phase, as it is required to build your personalized plan and ensure safe, effective treatment progression.<br /> <br /> This introductory session is designed to assess mobility, movement restrictions, posture, and recovery goals to determine the most appropriate treatment and maintenance plan for your body.<br /> <br /> The assessment helps create a personalized approach focused on mobility, recovery, performance, and long-term movement optimization.
