Important Appointment Information

For new patients or those who have not been seen in the last 3 months, an Initial Assessment is required to ensure we provide the best possible care tailored to your needs. Missing this step may result in changes to your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide proper notice or missed appointments will result in a charge for the full price of the scheduled appointment. You will receive a reminder 48 hours in advance of your appointment to help you stay on track, if you have opted in.

For the safety of all our patients and staff, if you’re feeling unwell or exhibiting flu-like symptoms, please reach out to us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
