I had a twisted ankle and came to Rejoice physiotherapy clinic. The treatment really helped, and my ankle feels much better now. The staff are very friendly, caring, and professional. From my very first visit, everyone has been so kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. It's the kind of place where you immediately feel comfortable. Kiran is incredible. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and truly cares about helping her patients. I always leave my appointments feeling better, both physically and knowing I'm in great hands. Over the years, there has only been one physiotherapist I've ever held in such high regard and recommended without hesitation. When I learned that Kiran had been trained by that same physiotherapist, it made complete sense. She brings that same level of knowledge, skill, and compassionate care to every treatment. Another thing I really appreciate is that they offer a variety of other services within the clinic, which makes it so convenient to access different types of care all in one place. If you're looking for a physiotherapist who genuinely cares about her patients and provides exceptional care, I wholeheartedly recommend Rejoice Physiotherapy. Great experience with Kiran! Careful physical manipulation, TENS therapy and shockwave therapy really helped Brian regain the use of his right arm/hand after a radial nerve injury. Kiran always explained very clearly what was in Brian's plan of action, and gave him several excercises to do at home to help with his recovery. Here’s a more relaxed, casual version that still sounds genuine and appreciative: --- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t usually leave reviews, but Rejoice Physiotherapy really deserves one. I went in with some pretty bad knee pain, and the team there got me sorted out. They did shockwave therapy and gave me exercises to work on, and now the pain is basically gone. I wish I started coming here sooner. Kiran and her team are the most friendly and personable but also highly professional team. I have been coming for physiotherapy (with Kiran) for a few months now and have also seen their chiropractor (Dr. Rob) for a few sessions. Even those who are working at the front desk are super helpful and friendly. This place has superb customer service and I always feel welcomed and like part of a family. From having a bad back to new injuries I am always confident that they can help. I never leave disappointed and always feel better after treatment. I regularly receive shock wave therapy and hands on therapy, and over time my back issues have begun to resolve (something other practitioners have done). I receive helpful life advice for my lifestyle and workout habits that have greatly improved my pain and discomfort - all during treatment and without any judgement. I was referred to this clinic by a friend for help with a painful lower back. I decided to give it a try and booked with Kiran. I have no words to say how impressed I was with the treatment and advise she gave to get things going in the right direction. I have been for many physio treatments at other locations but nothing compares to this one. She is a very holistic, hands on therapist and spends lots of time explaining, treating and helping.
