Online booking is only permitted with practitioner(s) you’ve already seen, other than the above practitioners. Those who book online with a practitioner they haven’t seen before will have their online booking disabled.

LATE CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

Please be aware that we require at least 24 hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appt . If you cancel with less than 24 hrs notice or do not show up for your appt, you will be charged the full feel of your appt unless it’s a result of sickness or severe weather. Our therapists do not get paid if we can not fill that spot. For multiple late cancellations, your online booking will be disabled until you pay the full fee & provide a credit card on file to cover any future no show or late cancellation fees.

If the appt booked is for a child UNDER 14 yrs of age, a parent/guardian who is 18 yrs or older will need to be IN THE TREATMENT ROOM for the duration of the appt.

If the appt is for a child who is 14-15 yrs old, a parent/guardian who is 18 yrs or older will need to stay in the building for the duration of the appt, but is not required to be in the treatment room.
