“The facility was beautiful, cozy and clean when I walked in. I saw Christina as my Massage Therapist and she was incredible. I wish I could afford to see her once a week. “pros: very clean clinic & easy to book appointments on their website. cons: 1) appointment slots are usually booked up 2) the RMT i had was subpar in comparison to other clinics i’ve been to - not enough pressure applied during the massage and problem areas which i communicated before the massage began (i.e. shoulder and head pain) were not addressed correctly (she focused mostly on my back which wasn’t even a problem area). i am also used to RMT’s taking the lead and outlining the plan for the massage (i.e. “okay this is what im assessing, this is what i’ll be doing”) with my RMT here, i had to ask “so what’re we working on today?” and she kept saying “up to you”. 3) the worst part about this experience though was the fact that massages are advertised as 60 minute services on the site but that does not mean 60 minutes of hands on massage time. they clarified after the service that it’s “60 minutes of their time including: them assessing patients, washing their hands, letting clients get undressed”. not something i have seen in any other clinic. my appointment was for 3:30pm, i arrived at 3:33pm, the massage began at 3:38pm and ended by 4:28pm. i was not satisfied unfortunately and would not recommend.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“Update: I’ve now been seeing Christina and she is wonderful! My review opinion stays the same as below. It seems no matter what therapist you see here, you will be given excellent service. Just had a massage with Monica! She was excellent and had me feeling much better after my appointment. She also showed me some stretches to help with my issues. “I had a massage with Tamara today and was so relieved that I have finally found a good massage therapist! She was absolutely lovely to chat with but perceptive to when I was just enjoying silence and the massage. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She knew all the good pressure points to focus on where I hold tension. I also enjoyed the atmosphere and music selection! “Had a very thorough, and professional massage performed by RMT Katie today. She talked me through what to expect from her as a massage therapist as this was my first massage. She let me know what to expect in the next day or two after the massage and told me that we could stop if it became too much. We talked about some of the areas of discomfort I had been experiencing and tips to elevate some of the pain between appointments. “I was super pumped for my massage but found there wasn't enough pressure send it wasn't very good my I could've paid a friend to do it. Prices are good though but I didn't feel welcome when I went there will not return as its not the right place for me but for anyone else its clean smells good relaxing environment kind of cold though.
