“I had an excellent massage with Anej. She was professional, attentive, and took the time to understand my concerns before starting the treatment. Her technique was effective and targeted the areas where I was experiencing tension and discomfort. I left feeling much more relaxed, with noticeable improvement in my mobility and overall comfort. “Very disappointed with this massage centre’s billing practices. I was charged $138 for a “no-show” appointment that I never even booked in the first place. There was no proper verification, and no effort to resolve the issue fairly before charging my card. Customer service was extremely frustrating to deal with, and instead of investigating the mistake, they simply insisted on keeping the charge. Be very careful when providing your payment information here. I didn’t want firm pressure because I tense then hurt more after a message so usually I have to tell an RMT several times to go lighter but Jenna was perfect checking with me as she went along! “My husband recently had an appointment and specifically mentioned that he was experiencing pain in his legs and feet. Unfortunately, the therapist (Komalbir Kaur) did not focus on those areas and instead provided the massage according to her own preference. The session also started late and ended early, even though we had booked and paid for a full one-hour appointment. We have previously booked with Jenny, Jena, and Anej, and they have always been excellent and attentive to our concerns.
