“I’ve had both massage and physiotherapy here and had great experiences. Navjit is an excellent massage therapist — the pressure is perfect, and the hot stone, scalp/face massage, and cupping are amazing. She focuses on the areas that need attention but still treats the whole body, so my pain improves and I feel very relaxed afterward. I’ve seen her many times and will definitely keep going back. “This was my Second time visiting for Massage at this location with Lovejeet Sira, and he did an excellent job. After I explained my issue, he clearly described the root cause using a human anatomy poster, which really helped me understand what was going on. During the massage, he explained what he was doing, asked for feedback, and adjusted the pressure and focus areas accordingly. He knows the pressure points extremely well, and the session felt very targeted and effective. I felt relief and confidence in his knowledge and technique.
