“I booked an osteopathy appointment two months in advance, but it was cancelled the day before because they “don’t accept new clients.” I had already taken time off work for this appointment, so the last-minute cancellation was very inconvenient and disappointing. “I went there to see Amy Ross who is supposed to be a RMT to massage my injured shoulder. She said that she does not do traditional massage anymore. Her treatment for me was mostly on my neck when my injury was in my shoulder. I felt no difference with the pain in my shoulder after treatment. The treatment only made me sleepy.
