Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur or make schedule adjustments. Effective immediately, if you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or appointments canceled by the patient within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the service cost. Frequent cancellations may result in a loss of time slot. All sessions will end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may be subjected to a shorter session.

We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, please contact us and all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
