TCM practitioner, Gu He cured my chronic headache and fatigue. I was bothered by severe headache for decades and I always feel tired (and craving for unhealthy food), after going through a 3 month course of acupuncture and herbal tea treatment, I no longer feel the need to take pain medication. I start having excellent sleep and higher energy level through out the day. Gu identified my dietary problem, he gave me a long list of food to avoid, that really helps to maintain my gut health - which is a key to better energy recovery and circulation. (Gu is so knowledgeable, I like him being able to explain the complicated TCM theories in a modern/scientific way that even I can understand and follow.) It was my first having a combination of Western and Eastern med physical exam and he was very thorough with his assessment.
