I've had the opportunity to work with both Jenn(acute knee injury and chronic shoulder pain) and Emily (concussion) and would highly recommend the staff at Ridgeline. Some of the best physios I have ever worked with. My shoulder bothered me for several years and saw 3 different physios who had trouble getting me back on track- in just a few sessions Jenn gave me an exercise plan that has left me stronger and pain free ever since! Absolutely amazing concussion care! Having had multiple concussions and worked with many different concussion specialists, you aren’t going to find better concussion care. I can say Emily is one of the best. No matter what part of your concussion journey you are at I’d say Emily will be able to help you take control of your recovery. I spent well over a year working with Emily on concussion issues from recent also existing concussions from when I was a teenager. She is amazing. I didn't realize how much pain I was in. It hasn't been easy on either of us I'm sure but she was a rock. Honestly I'm amazed at what we were able to accomplish. Words can't describe how grateful I am for her and her team at Ridgeline they were great to deal with the whole time. It's amazing how connected our bodies are. My gains haven't been just physical my mental health has never been better. We are blessed to have such wonderful health care in Fernie so take advantage of it. Shockwave therapy in Fernie! Yes it’s true!! And it works! I had six sessions for a very painful right shoulder Prior to shockwave ,My ROM was absolutely minimal and I was very much suffering from a great deal of pain 24/7 My Dr told me about shockwave therapy, I had no idea we had the luxury of 3 therapists in Fernie that offer shockwave therapy!! I am so glad we do!! All the crew at Ridgeline are absolutely amazing!! Thank you jenn,Emily and Olivia for helping me!!! I am on my way to recovery and my range of motion has improved immensely!! Following a fall at Fernie Ski Hill and trips to two local hospitals I was lucky enough to be recommended by First Aid at the ski hill to Emily Fisher of Ridgeline Physio. I cannot speak too highly of the care and professionalism she showed in the three one-hour sessions treating my concussion.
