Elizabeth was my Physio in Vancouver for several years, I am devastated to loose her to Victoria! She treated me for several issues, and could qucikly always figure out the best treatment! Firstly, I had an abdominal muscle repair (torn during twin pregnancy) and she helped me strengthen them back into amazing working condition, not to mention gorgeous looking abs! I had had a foot issue that I had tried podiatry and another physio for to no avail, and she figured it out and fixed it once and for all. I had some hip pain when running and she helped me strengthen very specific muscles to prevent pain and any further injuries. She also quickly fixed some shoulder pain I was having. I subsequently asked her to correct my weight training exercises to help me avert injury, trusting her much more than a personal trainer! I am an aging physician who loves to be active and Elizabeth's astute understanding of biomechanics has never ceased to amaze me!!!! My loss is Victoria's gain!!!Lire la suiteRéduire

Words can't fully communicate how incredibly talented and kind Elizabeth is. She was my physio in Vancouver and I started seeing her after a MVA. Elizabeth keeps up with all the latest research and goes above and beyond trying to find solutions to your problems. Not only is she technically skilled, but her kind and caring disposition has helped through some very difficult times. She's one of those people you wouldn't hesitate to recommend to your loved ones. Elizabeth is a fantastic pelvic floor physiotherapist. I came to her with several issues relating to diastasis recti and associated hip and pelvic floor stuff and she was incredibly helpful at solving the underlying issues and building back my strength. I loved how she took the time to explain what was happening in my body, made me feel seen and heard, and really well looked after. I felt like I was seeing a friend, and not just a physio. Before seeing Elizabeth in November of 2019, I was suffering from daily moderate to severe tailbone pain for almost 2 years. Elizabeth was amazing to work with and she really listened to my concerns and needs (and even let me vent about motherhood concerns!). She will provide you with assessment options depending on your comfort level and will also give her professional opinion on treatments. After trialing different treatments (and when the pandemic finally opened up to more private health care professionals working again), we finally found the right treatment that brought me to eventually being tailbone pain free!
