To respect the time and care of our practitioners, we require at least 24 hours (1 full business day) notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee, and unfortunately, missed sessions cannot be claimed through extended health benefits.
