Please remember we require 24 Hours for Cancellation or rescheduling for your appointments. If you do not cancel you will be charged for your appointment that cannot be billed to insurance . You can cancel your appointments online if its before 24 hours if you are unable to cancel online you are not within your window you will be charged a late cancellation for the full amount. We are not able to bill insurance for missed appointments as it is fraud .
