“For five years I suffered with a sore knee, which a physiotherapist had diagnosed as arthritis. I had bought a large, heavy customized knee brace which didn’t seem to help.

He listened extensively to my history and concerns, did extensive tests, explained what he suspected the problems were when asked, and generously adjusted and treated me. “Great first visit, Mark was very attentive and professional.i came in very stiff with severe back, hip and migrane ppain for 3 days. He took time after the mobility assessment to release the tight muscles before realigning my spine releasing the migraine and 80% of the back pain. I have booked the follow up appointment I need to completely relieve the rest of the back pain. As a retired RN with years of chiropractor encounters across Canada while working, Mark ranks at the top of my list and I will be continuing with Mark for regular maintenance once I get this crisis under control. “It was a long time ago that I had my last chiropractic treatment and I had some trepidation going for the first time in more than 5 years. But, I had a significant fall that really jarred my neck and I knew going would help.
Having no previous knowledge of chiropractors in Victoria or any referrals from family, friends I simply chose one that was accessible by bus.
I was able to get an appointment sooner than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
The staff is kind and friendly. Mark was welcoming, kind, attentive; asking appropriate questions regarding the specifics of my pain. He was very respectful of my past experiences, and created a very comfortable space.
