“Ste Anne Physiotherapy is a great place to get physio. The office is run efficiently and with friendliness. Very accommodating. Stephen Braun is an outstanding therapist. His bedside manner is gentle and calm and his therapy is the best I’ve recieved over the years. Surgery for my back was recommended 2 yrs ago. “I have been using this Physio/Massage Clinic now for years and am very grateful to all the professionals there, that have helped me become my best (less sore) self. Taylor gives fantastic massages both deep tissue and prenatal always getting into the spots I need most. She has truly kept away a huge majority of my headaches from the techniques she uses. I recently had my first ever experience dry needling with Stacey. She was excellent and really cared about my well being. She explained the procedure thoroughly and made me feel very safe and cared for throughout the treatment. “My first visit to this location. I seen Stacey Enns for physio. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Stacey has a nice calm but chipper approach. Great balance. She listened, validated, asked questions. She suggested dry needling as an approach (my first time ). She was also hands on which I appreciated. She was amazing at explaining her thoughts, treatment plan and approach. Making sure I agreed and answered any questions or concerns I may of had. She talked through everything explaining what to expect during and afterwards. Gave simple exercises with demonstration and suggestions for comfort at home.
