Cancellation Policy : We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice or miss their appointment, will be charged the full price of the appointment.

ICBC We are able to accept ICBC clients with physiotherapy coverage and approval from your adjustor, however, we do NOT direct bill to ICBC on your behalf, you will be provided with a receipt and can submit to ICBC for reimbursement.
WCB We are able to accept WCB clients with physiotherapy coverage and approval from your adjustor, however, we do NOT direct bill to WCB on your behalf
