“What a wonderful surprise! ❤️ I accidentally broke my tooth while chewing, and everyone at Salmon Arm Dental took such great care of me. They even surprised me with the cutest beach gift bag filled with an inflatable beach ball, a waterproof pouch, a soft towel, and a lovely welcome letter. Such a thoughtful touch! A special shoutout to Mercedes at reception for her warm, welcoming smile. Mackenzie was so kind and had the sweetest voice while taking my X-rays, which immediately put me at ease. And Dr. De Klerk was incredibly gentle and amazing throughout my visit. The entire team truly goes above and beyond. They even have a cozy beverage and snack station while you wait, making the whole experience feel so comfortable and welcoming. ❤️ It was also so nice to be greeted by Maddie at the front desk, and Ms. Wendy always welcomes me with such a beautiful smile. 🥰 Thank you to the entire team for turning what could have been a stressful dental visit into such a positive and memorable experience. “I've had a great experience with Dr. De Klerk and the entire team. Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, and professional, and they always make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. The atmosphere is warm and fun, which makes every visit a positive experience. Dr. De Klerk has done an amazing job straightening my teeth, and my cleanings have always been thorough and comfortable. A special thank you to Kayleigh, Mackenzie, and the rest of the team for always providing excellent care. “Office is spectacular and staff go above and beyond! I was really nervous to get fillings done but dr. Kearl and steph were kind and caring, and did my fillings with Lazer which I didnt know was a thing! This was my My first awesome dental visit!”

“My kids and I switched to Salmon Arm Dental when our dentist moved into their office, and we’ve had a great experience so far. The staff are pleasant and friendly, and the kids stay busy with the toys available in the waiting area. At the end of their appointments, they get a coin to pick a toy from the dispenser, which they always look forward to. It’s also nice that coffee and juice boxes are available while you wait. Overall, it’s been a great experience with knowledgeable staff. Everything is explained clearly to me after appointments, and my children feel comfortable and are treated very well.”Lire la suiteRéduire
