“When I first started seeing Shea I was struggling with major anxiety and a handful of other issues. I'm a huge believer in acupuncture, have gotten it done prior from other acupuncturists in Vancouver BC, and Winnipeg MB, and always had great results. From the very beginning, Shea created the most calming and supportive space I've ever been in that I instantly felt at ease. The different specialized treatments she used completely relieved my stress and anxiety and other issues I was having, She also helped me shift into a more positive mindset through our chats. Her treatments were not only healing for my body but grounding for my mind. Not long after we began working together, I found out I was pregnant — she continued to be one of my biggest supports throughout my entire pregnancy. Her knowledge, compassion, and genuine care made such a huge difference. I wouldn't have had such a calm and smooth pregnancy without her sessions. Other than my doctor visits, she was truly the number one person I trusted most to help me navigate each stage, each month, both physically and emotionally. I put my full trust in her, and she exceeded my expectations. The most beautiful part, my baby was born on Shea's birthday - which feels like a perfect sign of how connected and special this journey has been. My labour was extremely quick and I believe it had to do with the work I was doing with Shea. I’m forever grateful for her guidance, generosity, patience, care, and kindness. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for a practitioner who truly cares about your whole well-being.
