No Show/ Late Cancellation Policy: Late cancellations and missed appointments create gaps in our practitioners’ schedules that could otherwise be offered to other patients. To ensure appointment availability and continuity of care, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Patients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice, or who miss their scheduled appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the clinic policy.
