“My wife and I traveled all the way from Singapore to visit Dr. Chan in Canada, and we were deeply touched by his sincerity and care. He spent long hours understanding our health conditions, and his acupuncture was excellent—precisely targeting the problem areas. Even on his day off, he kindly welcomed us early in the morning for treatment, knowing that we were leaving the next day. Daisy and Ms. Wong were also extremely friendly, warmly guiding us on places to visit and dine. We are truly grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality. “I had a very positive first impression of this clinic; it was incredibly clean! They seem to be well-managed in every aspect. The reception staff were kind, and the warm welcome tea made me feel comfortable. Dr. Shaun conducted a detailed check of my health condition, and I could already feel the effects of his acupuncture treatment after just my first visit. “Beautiful interior, very clean and everyone was very friendly. They offer free underground parking. I like how you can book online for appointments. “The interior is designed in style, showcasing ingenuity and attention to detail throughout, neat and tidy environment is very calming :) Dr. Chen is very gentle and patient, the treatment method adopted by meticulous consultation is also very flexible. During the treatment process, he took good care of my feelings and Daisy was very careful and considerate as well, the entire process felt really comforting. There are medicines available for powder packaging and self-cooking. Overall, the prices are fair for the service provided and the experience is quite satisfying.
