If it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment or if there has been a change to your health status such as new pregnancy, surgery or diagnosis, please book a new assessment appointment so that we can review your current concerns.
Please note, strollers are not permitted in the treatment rooms, so please plan accordingly.
À propos de la clinique
In order to provide the best care appropriate for each client’s needs and to simplify bookings, I schedule appointments based on time required.
All new clients must begin with an Initial Assessment .
Follow Up Appointments are 30 minutes long and are appropriate for most clients. During this time we will review your program, and progress things as needed
Extended Follow Up Appointments are suitable for clients who need more extensive exercise programs, addressing sex and intimacy concerns, or working on holistic health issues.
When scheduling your appointments please note that I generally see my clients every other week for the first six weeks of treatment and then determine a treatment schedule based on your progress and needs. I recommend that you book 3 follow up appointments now, as I generally book 6-8 weeks in advance and this will allow you to secure the appointment times that work best for you
