I've been seeing Paolo for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. He's incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and consistently takes the time to understand what's bothering me before each session. Every treatment is tailored to my needs, and I always leave feeling much better. The new Shellmont Massage clinic is also fantastic. I have known Paolo since he was working at another clinic, and because of his expertise and professionalism, I followed him all the way from Burnaby to his new massage center in Richmond—which is definitely not a short drive! The new place is beautiful, modern, and located in a very peaceful area. The clinic is spacious, with excellent amenities and a very relaxing atmosphere. What sets Paolo apart is that he truly listens to his clients. He takes the time to understand your concerns, gives helpful advice, and provides an exceptional massage tailored to your needs. I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated after seeing Paolo at Shellmont Massage & Wellness! He did a thorough assessment and really listened to my problems and concerns. Paolo is an incredible RMT who worked wonders on my neck and my back. I felt like I was floating on a cloud! I am lucky to have great benefits, which allowed me to try many different RMTs and physiotherapists over the years, but Celine and Tiffany are by far the absolute best! Celine is an excellent RMT who I’ve been seeing for years. She doesn't just do basic relaxation massages; she specializes in clinical massage. Every time I describe my symptoms, she knows exactly which muscles to target. Her background knowledge is incredibly strong. When Celine realized my body needed more than just massage, she recommended Tiffany, and I am so glad she did! Tiffany used to practice at a clinic in New West, and she was so amazing that I used to drive all the way there from Richmond every single week just to see her. I am absolutely thrilled that she is now practicing in Richmond! Unlike other physios who rely heavily on machines, dry needling, or just handing you exercises, Tiffany does mostly hands-on, manual therapy. She is highly knowledgeable—you just mention your pain, and she immediately pinpoints the exact muscles or joints that need work. You can literally feel the difference right after the treatment. I know her rates might be slightly higher than others, but she is worth every single penny. I’d much rather pay a bit more for a treatment that actually works, than waste my time going to someone ineffective just because it’s fully covered. I had a wonderful experience at Shellmont Massage and Wellness. The clinic is very clean, relaxing, and professionally managed. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My therapist was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand my pain and discomfort before starting the treatment.
