Petra seeks to understand the underlying cause for your physical pains and ailments and then targets her massages to treat the cause as well as the symptom. She is also incredibly thoughtful about how she performs her treatments; she always checks in to ensure that the treatment is meeting your expectations and that you are making progress in your healing and recovery process. “Very educated and professional. Petra has a wealth of knowledge and is always concerned with helping you identify and manage the source of your discomfort. I initially showed up with neck and shoulder discomfort leading to headaches multiple times a week. After one session with her I'm not even having one a week these days. “I can’t say enough good things about Petra! She’s been a lifesaver with my chronic hip pain, which was really holding me back during training sessions. She’s super professional and knows exactly how to work around the hip joint to target the right areas.
