A phone interview with the chiropractor and an in-office physical assessment will be scheduled for the initial assessment . The chiropractor will be asking you detailed questions regarding your injury/complaint and past medical history during the phone interview. A physical assessment will be completed in the office after the phone interview is completed. Please arrive 5 minutes early to the appointment to avoid crowding. Patients are required to wear a mask in the treatment rooms for sanitary purposes.Online booking is available for current patients only.
Initial assessments for new patients will be available by phone scheduling only.
If you are a current patient and this is a WSBC claim, you must contact the front end prior to booking an appointment.
