My experience with Shining Waters Chiropractor has been amazing. Dr.Bentley is Professional , knowledgeable, caring and gets results. She understands PAIN! Her entire staff follow in her footsteps and are very capable in their course of study and give 100% when treating, whether it be Registered Massage Therapy or Administrative services. I brought my Felony (American Bully) to meet with Dr. Rachel Bentley. She did an exam and a few manipulations on a rib, her hind legs and a few other spots. All the while my Felony was so calm and enjoyed the hands on. We talked about how she could be sore after this or could feel good. Well it was like i got my girl back, she had a spring in her step, a wiggle in her bum, and after our usual hour hike through the woods, she was able to jump out of the car normal. we rested a few hours then went to the dog park, and friends noticed that she was playing more than usual. Rachel cares for my service dog, Ember. (emphasize cares) My poor dog injured BOTH knees one after the other. The first one was a very long 8 month recovery and just as it got better the other one went. If not for her diligence and expertise I don’t know where my dog and I would be. Her vet had said if she kept getting worse, surgery was the only option and with her being so young he didn’t want to put her through that recovery and inevitable second surgery. My girl is almost back to her previous robust energy and health and I couldn’t be more grateful! 💜💜 Rachel is professional and has a lot of experience with animals. Her love for them is obvious. From the moment you walk in the door being greeted by Monica to the moment you walk out is an incredible experience. I went to Shining Waters Chiropractic for a massage appointment with RMT Shannon Estabrook and I've never felt better!! This was my very first massage therapy session and she was able to work out and loosen up muscles I didn't even know existed. Shannon was super professional as was all the other staff I interacted with at the clinic. I could rave about everyone there and the service I received for hours but if you are reading this and require treatment, do not hesitate to call them!
