📄 New Patients will receive a health history intake form via email - please fill this out before your visit.
🔔 Need to cancel or reschedule? We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee.
💳 Direct billing may be available. Check your insurance to confirm your coverage and include your insurance information in your intake form or email us . We appreciate your patience as we await confirmation of set up from our insurance portals.

She is not only knowledgeable, professional and compassionate but has such a warm and welcoming environment. “Sarah has been working her Facial Rejuvenation program on my face like clock work every 3 weeks for a year now. I am a faithful client. The plan includes facial acupuncture, a slow but steady cumulative process which has tightened my facial muscles and skin. You have to trust the process. And not expect instant results like other products. By the 4th treatment, ( 12 weeks)I could see some improvement. It is suttle, is this my imagination I thought at first? No, my face was getting slowing lifted and tighter. At 8 months, I could see that my "resting face" no longer had saggy cheeks. My resting face now is tighter, saggy cheeks are gone. I did not do a before picture. I did do a professional head shot at 8 months. The only editing was done on my upper lip. I will continue to treat myself in this manner.
