“Smile Dentistry has been my dentist for over 3 years and couldn’t be happier. The staff are helpful and genuinely care about their patients. Very knowledgeable and turn around time is impressive to solve all problems in house. Dr. Zlatnik is amazing. He is kind, compassionate and very understanding to my phobia of dental work. “Although an appointment was usually within a few days and I didn't have issues with the fillings I received, I did have issues with Dr Hansford himself and with how they ran things. After my first complete exam, Dr Hansford randomly mentioned a cosmetic flaw that I had and that veneers would fix it. He then recommended a friend who specialises in that. As I pointed it out to him, I didn't even notice until he mentioned it. So now it's something that I'm self-conscious about, but can't afford to fix. Cool. After the exams and tour were completed, the reception told me that the total cost of everything would be over $4,000, which...wasn't great...especially when a chunk of that was just due to my wisdom teeth (which were causing me so much pain that I wouldn't consider it cosmetic...). The real issue I had was when she turned to me and asked "credit or debit"? As if I just had over $4,000 to spare. That's the other issue. I don't know if they've changed it, but while I was there I was expected to pay before my procedure, a practice I had never seen before and haven't seen since. This came to bite (haha) me in the end, as I had to do that with my wisdom teeth. At first they told me that they aren't taking regular appointments because of the 2020 covid guidelines. I told them that my appointment was an emergency due to the pain and complications I was having, and they booked me in. 3 days later and less than 24 hours before my appointment, they abruptly cancelled it. They were now entirely closed, and they would "let me know" when they eventually re-opened so I could "re-schedule". Yes, they were still holding onto my money. By this point I was in extreme pain, having jaw spasms and developing moderate bruxism. I had to demand my money back so I could, y'know, find someone to actually do the procedure (in case you're wondering, Fortune Dental did and they did it for much cheaper). The only reason my score isn't lower is because the clinic was clean and nice, and I'm hopeful that things have improved since then.”Lire la suiteRéduire

“My husband was recently in because he needed his crowns replaced. He had platinum crowns originally, they were replaced with plastic. The temporary crowns fell out the next day, he came back over a week later for his permanent teeth, they never gave him anything for anexity, he was not knocked out for this appointment and they ground his bottom teeth down after asking him if he wanted that and him saying no. Talk about a bad experience and talk about the reason why I have so much anexity when dealing with dentists. Nothing but used car sales men.... disgusting. “Phase 1 of my dental implant journey was surprisingly smooth. The initial placement was quick, and the recovery has been manageable. Excited for the final Phase 2! “Today I saw Dr.Kaushal..I must say my experience was easily the best I’ve had in any dental office, I’ve been to many and gained a massive fear that lead to neglecting dental work for years, I don’t think that will be the case any longer.
