I’ve been twice for prenatal massages and have had great experiences! The staff are friendly and polite. They do a great job at making me feel comfortable throughout the massage. Will definitely continue to attend

Sonia does an amazing job as an RMT. As a regular client, she always goes above and beyond to give a wonderful experience with either hot towels or hot stones. She is very accommodating as well and will book last minute appointments, if she has space. This is so hard to do with other massage therapists. I recommend SnugsNHugs.Lire la suiteRéduire

I can't say enough good things about Physiotherapist Dristhi! She helped me so much with my lower back pain and made me feel comfortable from day one. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly listens to her patients. I love that she cares not only about physical recovery but also about how you're feeling emotionally. Her treatments were effective, and she always took the time to explain everything. I felt supported throughout the entire process. Drushti is an amazing physiotherapist. I came here for knee rehabilitation, and my knee fully recovered within 6–7 weeks. Esha did for my daughter and sonia did for me , a wonderful job with head massage and full body. I feel so relaxed They went above and beyond to stretch the muscles and provide comfort to the client. We love coming here. Such a relaxing friendly experience. My kids are younger and even they are obsessed always wanting to come back for a massage. It’s easy if you have more than one. Our family goes to SnugNHugs regularly. Sonia is amazing. This place is very clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. I have taken prenatal and postnatal massages from Sonia and my kids love coming here. Highly recommended.

I started coming here when my son was 2 years old. He is now 3.5 years old . He absolutely love the massages from Sonia. The first time he came to this place and got a massage from Sonia , he slept for 5 hours!!!! Sonia is so professional and a great massage therapist. I have tried quite a few massage places such as hand and stone, massage addict and etc -BUT was never satisfied. Sonia always applies the right pressure to the right pain points. Always ask and listens to the concerns . She is also so accommodating. I am able to come with my little one and have him in the crib while I get a massage. This really makes my life easier as I dont have to find someone to watch him while I go for a massage . She also has a play area so now my 3.5 year old plays there happily as I happily/peacefully get a massage. This is my place to go to for my entire family.Lire la suiteRéduire

I had a very disappointing experience at this spa, primarily due to the attitude and behavior of the therapist, Sonia. From the moment we arrived, she was rude and condescending. Her first words to us were “take off your shoes and put on slippers,” yet there were no clean or properly presented slippers available—only a worn, dirty pair tucked behind a rack. Sonia began my daughter’s massage five minutes late and ended five minutes early. For what was supposed to be a 30-minute session, she only worked for about 20 minutes. This was my daughter’s first massage, and she was understandably nervous. Rather than helping her feel comfortable, Sonia made an inappropriate and unprofessional comment, saying to me, “Wow, she’s got a big hunchback already.” I was appalled by her lack of professionalism and compassion. The entire experience left us feeling extremely uncomfortable, and we couldn’t wait to leave. I would not recommend this place, especially for anyone bringing a child or first-time client.Lire la suiteRéduire
