I offer direct billing to multiple insurers including Canada Life, Sunlife, Chambers of Commerce and many others. Please be in touch to find out if I direct bill to your insurer. Please note: it is the client’s responsibility to find out how much coverage they have available before their treatment and ensure they have a back-up payment method available to cover the full cost of the treatment. Not all plans allow direct billing for massage therapy. In this case you will be provided with a receipt you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement. I do not have access to general information regarding your health plan.

PLEASE CANCEL your appointment if you are ill with cold, flu or covid-19 type symptoms. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE and I will reschedule your visit at a time when you are likely to be well again.

I ask that if you have been recently exposed to anyone with cold, flu or covid-19 type symptoms whether you are ill at all yourself, out of courtesy for your practitioner, please let me know so I may choose to wear a mask during the treatment for my own health. If you are someone who has vulnerable health and would prefer to wear a mask and /or have me wear a mask, let me know in advance and I will do so.
