“I saw Dr Rachel Howard for my first EVER Chiropractic appointment last week. First, I want to mention how welcoming the receptionist is! I'm sorry I didn't catch her name, but she is very sweet and made me feel quite comfortable as soon as I walked in by greeting me by name and with a big smile. Definitely an excellent first impression of the clinic! As for the appointment, I was very pleased with how it went! Dr Rachel explained everything she was doing and why I was feeling pain in the places I was. She gave me exercises to help me strengthen certain areas of my body and the adjustments she made have definitely impacted and improved my comfort levels. Thank you, Dr Rachel! “Dr. Zach Howard is a magician. There’s a reason this business is very highly rated, and I’m so very pleased with the results and to give a solid 5 star review. After having lower back pain for 2 years, I decided to give Sound Chiropractic a try. During my first consult, Zach listened to my questions and concerns, was able to identify the issues, and educated me on the “how and why” regarding the injury. Halfway through my appointment, I experienced relief that I had not experienced in a long time. He is extremely knowledgable and is passionate about helping others, which is what being a true caregiver is all about; I was also emailed information and exercises regarding my injury that would help with my recovery in between appointments! Now that I have just had my 2nd completed appointment, I am so very thankful that Dr. Zach Howard is my chiropractor. I haven’t felt this good in a very long time. “Dr. Zach is fantastic. I’ve been thrilled with the service I’ve received every time I have an appointment. Dr. Zach is very personable which provides a very relaxed experience. Dr. Zach completed an initial assessment with me and identified some significant problem areas. I was very limited in what I could do comfortably. However, after the first three visits, things got much easier! His adjustments are perfect and I feel the relief instantly. Dr. Zach has also been very patient with me as my needs have changed a bit since the initial assessment. Dr. Zach listens to your concerns and seems to always know how to correct the issue while providing pain relief. Overall, my mobility has significantly improved since I’ve started going to Sound Chiropractic. My chronic lower back pain no longer hinders my day to day activities. As well, the tension in my shoulder and neck are well on their way to recovery. I’m also more aware of why the pain persists. Dr. Zach provides personalized plans to assist with your recovery.
