The most effective RMT treatment I have ever had! I injured my back before coming to Nanaimo to visit family and was in so much pain over the holidays that I booked an RMT appointment. Dhara is great knowledgable and helpful and really take the time to make sure you are feeling good I had some IMS done with her and it was great and really helped me with pain. Reception is also very helpful and nice I definitely reccomend this clinic

Nikita is wonderful! My body has been in so much pain for so long and thanks to Nikita after only a few IMS treatments, I don't feel like I'm living in nearly as much pain as I was. I love my experiences at South Nanaimo Wellness Centre! Excellent front desk help from both women I've met there. Nikita, my physio therapist, is amazing! A miracle worker, I call her. She's so kind, respectful, thorough and comforting. She introduced me to a new therapy that I had never heard of (dry needling) that is working wonders for my back pain.
